Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: Las Cruces, NM

Description: This individual is responsible and accountable for the effective management of the implementation, conversion and upgrading of legal accounting client server systems. This person is responsible for reconciliation and correction of integrity issues in legal accounting client server systems. This position is responsible for the planning and on-going management of these types of projects of varying sizes. They will be the liaison between the client and Data Fusion Technologies, Inc.

Skills/Requirements:

  • At least 5-8 years technical work experience in increasingly responsible positions, such as programmer analyst or systems analyst.
  • 2-6 years of successful project management or leadership and implementation experience on projects requiring additional technical personnel.
  • Must have a strong accounting background, knowledge of Thomson Elite Financial Management system a plus.

Duties include:

  • Responsible for all aspects of development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact on those projects.
  • Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, and project estimates.
  • Conducts project meeting and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
  • Ensures that the technical plans are integrated with user plans, keeps users/clients apprised of the project progress, and quickly escalates issues which require management direction or resolution.

Position: System Administrator


Location: Las Cruces, NM

Description: Data Fusion is seeking a strong candidate to join our IntelliStat Operations team as a Systems Administrator, responsible for supporting the installation & setup of our data warehouse application, IntelliStat. Duties would include system setup, configuration and production support. Production support would include on-call & after-hours responsibilities.

The candidate should possess the following traits:

  • Ability to be calm under pressure

The candidate should also have a strong foundation in the following technologies:

  • Windows Administration (basic knowledge of security, user administration, and IIS)
  • SQL Server (familiarity with creating jobs, basic SQL knowledge, develop stored procedure scripts, etc)
  • Batch scripting (Unix & Powershell)
  • General debugging knowledge
  • Knowledge of ASP.net and/or C# is preferred, but not mandatory

Position: Sales and Marketing Associate


Location: Anaheim Hills, CA

Description: The Associate will be responsible for driving and supporting various sales and marketing initiatives as part of the company's go to market strategy execution. Specific responsibilities will vary from day to day and will include client communications, development of sales proposals, creation of marketing collateral, development and execution of leads generation programs and other sales origination and follow-up activities as may be required. The Associate will join a seven member sales and marketing department and will benefit from a steep learning curve and frequent on the job training opportunities. The Associate will report to Data Fusion's Manager of Sales and Marketing as part of a four member sales team based in Anaheim Hills, CA.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Preparing proposals, agreements, sales analysis reports and presentations
  • Generating sales leads leveraging the company’s CRM database of customer profiles, sales opportunities, contract information and contact history
  • Development and execution of marketing collateral, campaigns, trade shows and events
  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company and identify/qualify potential new accounts using established criteria
  • Interacting with potential and current customers
  • Working in a professional manner to resolve customer's problems and issues
  • Communicating regularly and timely with other company personnel regarding inquiries, competitive activities, market conditions, complaints or other pertinent information
  • Performing other duties as requested

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • 3 to 5 years sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in a business to business context
  • Strong computer skills, particularly proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Salesforce.com as well as internet-based research tools and various marketing and social media applications is required.

  • In an entrepreneurial setting such as Data Fusion, all team members must be energetic, dynamic and comfortable working independently
  • The Associate role will further require candidates who are outgoing, personable and motivated
  • Candidates should also be responsible, proactive, trustworthy and ambitious individual who enjoys taking ownership of projects and being accountable for their results

  • Ability to build effective relationships with people inside and outside the organization

Compensation will be competitive with benchmarks for similar position and will be based upon the experience level and qualifications of the candidate. Consistent with the market for sales professionals, compensation will include a significant bonus opportunity based on actual sales results obtained on a periodic basis. This is a full time position and includes eligibility for participation in the company's attractive benefits and retirement savings plan.
