The basic engine provides a P & L Report at any segment level (or segment within a segment) for individual accounts or a range of accounts. Once you arrive at the transaction level, you can view transactions grouped any way you like, limited to one or more segments (or currency), and/or sorted by any column. You can "drill down" to see entire batches, or individual rows (from the gj, the check system, or the voucher system). If the transaction was client-billable, you can even see the cost card(s) for that transaction on the ELBS side! And, because it is browser-based, any additions or changes to the system that you decide upon become instantly available to all users with authority to use the GL/AP Inquiry module. No reinstalls or upgrades to the Elite front-end are necessary.
