Introduction to SQL for Elite
This is an introductory class for Elite users who are new to SQL statements. The class will cover the more common Elite tables and a hands-on session of programming using the Structured Query Language (SQL). The course is intended for those who wish to be able to quickly retrieve data from the Elite system. Prior programming knowledge is not necessary, as some programming basics will be covered.

Advanced SQL for Elite
The "Advanced SQL for Elite" class is designed as a continuation of the "Introduction to SQL" class. The class will delve deeper into the Elite table structure and how to extract data from these tables. Like the "Introduction to SQL for Elite" class, this is a hands-on session of creating Structured Query Language (SQL) statements. The course is intended for users who are comfortable creating and running basic SQL statements, and would like to extend their knowledge about SQL and the Elite data structure.

Introduction & Advanced SQL for Elite Combination Class
This three-day class has been designed for Elite users who wish to learn how to construct SELECT statements in the Structured Query Language (SQL) against the Elite database. This is a hands-on course that takes a step-by-step approach of the basic concepts of composing SELECT statements against common Elite data then moves into advanced areas of statement design and data extraction. Each of the concepts taught will be reinforced with exercises emphasizing the particular area. This class will help students to gain confidence in their ability to write statements as well as maneuver through their Elite data.

Elite Custom Report Writing Using IQ/Objects
This class is an introductory hands-on look into the IQ/Objects Report Writing software (now known as MyEureka!). Students will view the major components of the software, the Knowledge Base Manager (now the Metadata Manager) and the IQ/Objects Report Writer (now the MyEureka! Report Designer), and be shown how to set up new reports as well as modify existing ones. Topics include: Setting up and Modifying a Knowledge Base Manager, Basic Report Design in Quick Query and Free Form, Exporting Data, Prompts, and much more!

Advanced Topics in Elite Custom Report Writing Using IQ/Objects (MyEureka!)
The Advanced IQ/Objects(MyEureka) Report Writer class is for Elite report writers who need to take their report design skills to the next level. This hands-on class will take students who already have the ability to design basic reports into such topics as Knowledge Base security, Using Translations, Suppression using Output When conditions, Prompts, Hot Objects, Report Bursting, an Intro to HTML Pages, and Child Reports and Data Objects.

Discovering IntelliStat
This is a two-day, hands-on, comprehensive technical overview of the IntelliStat data warehousing system for the Elite Professional Billing System (EPBS). The course includes an overview of the data aggregation and statistic building concepts of the warehouse system and provides a detailed review of the system features operation and database structure. Students will gain an in-depth understanding of the impact of system-level options and will receive detailed information with regard to advanced business intelligence concepts inherent to the IntelliStat architecture.

Elite Custom Report Writing Using Crystal
This class is an introductory hands-on look into the Crystal Reports software. Students will be shown how to access the Elite database and create custom reports using this exciting business tool. Topics include: Connecting to Elite, Using the Report Expert to Create a Report, Using the Select Expert and the Formula Editor, Exporting Data, Subreports and much more!

Elite System Balancing
Topics covered include ELBS to ELBS, FMS to FMS and ELBS to FMS. This course will provide the tools and an organized approach to reconciling common discrepancies that occur in the Elite applications. At the request of previous class participants, Debbie Mills has recently added month-end balancing steps and detailed examples of all reconciliation tools to her Balancing Class Agenda. The course is designed for senior accounting staff. No knowledge of programming is required, but it is assumed that students will be familiar with database query and reporting basics.

Elite Database Structure
This is a two-day comprehensive technical overview of the Elite Professional Billing System (EPBS) database tables. The Elite system includes over 500 tables, including master files, transaction tables and summary files. This course provides an organized approach to getting the information you need from the right tables in the most efficient manner. The course is designed for programmers and technical staff from your firm's Accounting and Information Technologies departments.

Tips and Tricks of Elite Templates or Supercharging Your Superbill!
This class is designed to give Elite users independence in making modifications to their existing Superbills and Elite Bill and Proforma templates. Students will be given a clear understanding of the role of each template in the proforma/bill generation process. Part of the class focus will be spent on review of bill and proforma style along with time and cost detail and summary design. This hands-on class will allow the student to make changes to existing bill and proforma templates to create a modified or brand new template.
