Allen McPheeters, Manager of Data Fusion's Elite Program Enhancements Group, has nearly 22 years of experience in software development for major software publishers like Sierra On-Line, Inc. and Microsoft. His expertise covers user-interface design, software development, and project management. His primary focus is in Custom 4GL and Visual Basic programming, as well as Whitehill template development and Extend event notification management.

Andy Relis
Andy Relis has over 26 years of experience as an Elite consultant/trainer on hundreds of Elite implementations and conversions. Andy has experience in every version of ELBS and FMS from inception to present. She has experience as a project manager and has been responsible for over 30 manual conversions. She has been involved in many multi-company, multi-currency, multi-office implementations for both Legal and non-Legal firms. She provides on-site support, database troubleshooting and advanced training. Prior experience includes on-site support for an accounting software package.

Bill Motter
Consulting Manager in Data Fusion's Consulting Services group, has in-depth experience in all aspects of Elite’s Global Release (EGR), multi-currency, multi-company, and statutory reporting functionality, as well as Enterprise and 3E balancing issues and resolution. He is also considered to be a subject-matter expert for multi-currency, multi-company and tax functionality. Prior to joining Data Fusion, Bill spent 5 years working for Thomson Elite as Manager of Global Solutions & Implementations as well as held financial positions including CFO at a large law firm that also uses Elite's Time & Billing software.

Debbie Mills
Senior Project Manager for Data Fusion's Consulting Services group, has more than 25 years of experience in law office accounting, with the last 18 years focused on the Elite Products. Debbie manages the Consulting Services Group which focuses on Elite software upgrades, platform migrations, database mergers, conversions, and complex balancing issues. Prior to joining Data Fusion, Debbie spent 8 years at Elite working as the Large Firm Implementation Team Manager in charge of over 100 implementations.

Dennis Gerrity
Dennis Gerrity began in 1980 as a software architect and developer, moving on to computer-telephony integration, business finance analyst and IT manager. He has worked in the legal environment for 25 years and in 1995 co-founded Syndet Business Technologies. Syndet specializes in Elite server installation, administration and troubleshooting. Syndet wrote the book (literally) on building Elite servers and has performed Elite system installations and migrations for over 15 years. Syndet and Data Fusion together specialize in large and small firm Elite migrations.

Emily Hartwig
Emily Hartwig, Implementation Consultant for Data Fusion's IntelliStat Group, focuses on installations, customizations, training and general support for the Data Fusion Financial Planning, GL Inquiry and Profitability modules. Prior to joining Data Fusion she worked in the legal world, specializing in Elite and other accounting system applications.

Gary Reichard
Gary Reichard, Data Fusion's Director of Training, has been working in the Elite world for over 15 years now. His specialties are Whitehill (Document Studio), bill & proforma templates, training on the Elite database & writing SQL statements, and custom reporting & querying with IQ objects (Eureka), Crystal Reports & SQL.

Jeffrey Suhr
Jeffrey Suhr, Vice President of Products, has over 15 years of legal/financial systems experience. In his role at Data Fusion, Jeff is involved in the product management, marketing and consulting areas of the IntelliStat Business Intelligence, Budgeting and Financial Reporting products. He maintains in-depth data mining skills which enable information to be gathered from a number of Legal Practice Management Applications while also possessing a fundamental understanding of general law firm business analysis and accounting practices.

Jim Hearn
Jim Hearn has over 30 years of experience in the legal industry’s financial management services. Prior to joining Data Fusion, he worked with Thomson Elite for 9 years specializing in FRx implementation & training and General Ledger/Accounts Payable training. As a certified Microsoft FRx Software Authorized Consulting Professional servicing the FRx Financial Reporter, his current role at Data Fusion focuses on supporting Data Fusion Financial Reporting (DFFR) through installations, training, and report development while remaining the Lead Consultant for FRx training and report development.

Ling Liu
Ling Liu brings 11 years of experience in web development and design. Since joining Data Fusion, she has worked on custom VBA programming, Extend, Data Fusion's Electronic Billing Interface product suite as well as custom reports, Whitehill templates, bill templates and proforma templates. She is now part of the Product Services Group specializing in IntelliStat.

Ray Conti
Ray Conti, Product Specialist for Data Fusion's IntelliStat group, has over 22 years of experience with law office automation systems. In the course of his career, Ray has been involved in development, training and support of a wide variety of systems. His extensive industry experience with the Elite suite of applications greatly benefits the IntelliStat client support team.
