The option to use online/virtual training is available for most of our regular regional classes.   Topics are broken down into two-hour sessions and are customizable to fit your needs.  We also have sessions that were developed as online only and they are described below. 

THE BASICS OF ELITE EXTEND
Elite Extend keeps an eye on your data so you don't have to! This event-driven notification and reporting system can alert you when A/R gets too high, timekeepers are missing time, cash is received, and much, much more. This 60-minute tutorial will cover the Extend user interface, basic event types, and how to create and customize your own events.

OPENING THE BLACK BOX: STORED PROGRAMS
Does your Firm use stored programs (aka stored procedures) in you Elite Superbills and Proformas?  Have you ever wondered what a stored program looks like?  When and why you need one?  Where it "lives"?  Most importantly, how a Stored Program can make your life easier?   Opening the Black Box will start with the finished product – output that you can use that's not available using Elite proforma and bill template functionality – and show you step by step how to create it.  From writing the English-like code, to compiling a new billing executable file, to "calling" the program from Elite Superbills and Proformas, it's all here!  This is a 90-minute session including Q&A time at the end.
