Data Fusion reserves the right to cancel any class with at least two weeks' written notice to registrants. Every effort will be made to conduct all classes offered, however, on occasion the minimum number of registrations may not be met and the class will therefore be cancelled. If cancellation by Data Fusion becomes necessary, registrants will be notified immediately via email and phone, and any fees paid will be refunded or applied to other services, as requested by the client. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed by Data Fusion.
