Synopsis
This class is designed to give Elite users independence
in making modifications to their existing Superbills and Elite Bill
and Proforma templates. Students will be given a clear understanding
of the role of each template in the proforma/bill generation process.
Part of the class focus will be spent on review of bill and proforma
style along with time and cost detail and summary design. This hands-on
class will allow the student to make changes to existing bill and
proforma templates to create a modified or brand new template. Time
will be spent on reviewing detail and summarized time and cost loop
design with students creating new loops as well as modifying existing
ones.
The student will be provided with the system documentation
for template functions and examples. Superbill, bill and proforma
template examples will be given to the class, but students are encouraged
to bring samples of their existing templates.
This class is designed for billing department or
IT personnel who are responsible for maintenance of and/or changes
to the bill and proforma templates on their Elite system. A working
knowledge of the Elite billing cycle is required for this class;
knowledge of Elite's bill and proforma templates and functions is
helpful, but not required.
