Hosting a regional Data Fusion class is a good way to get the training your firm needs. If you have a training room available, and would be interested in hosting an advertised regional training class, we would like to talk with you. Requirements for the different types of classes are listed below.

Hosting a Hands-On Class

All two-day, hands-on classes normally cost $875 per person. If your firm should decide to host a hands-on class at your facility, two students from your firm will be able to attend the class without charge, a $1,750 value

  • Data Fusion will advertise the class via email to Elite users in the region, but it is understood that the hosting firm will assist in filling the class through local contacts or Elite user groups, where possible. Classes need to be scheduled far enough in advance to allow for preparation of marketing materials to Elite Users in the region. (We prefer to send our first advertisement out 6 weeks prior to the class)
  • Data Fusion will provide and setup the training database server
  • Data Fusion will provide books, certificates and training materials
  • Data Fusion will arrange for and provide food for the class, coffee service and beverages will be made available for the students and instructor by the hosting firm
  • Data Fusion prefers to schedule classes for Wednesdays and Thursdays, near the end of a month
  • Our instructor prefers to set up the classroom the night (afternoon) before class, and will need someone available to assist
  • Hosting firm's training room needs at least twelve workstations available (two for the host firm, ten for paid registrants). We must have a minimum of eight paying students registered in order to hold the class
  • Hosting firm to provide projector with screen and whiteboard. If no projector is available, Data Fusion can provide one

On-Site Training Classes
Your Location

On-site classes allow our instructors to address the specific needs of your firm in an intimate setting. All Data Fusion classes are available for on-site instruction. Class size depends on your firm's needs

  • Travel expenses are billed as incurred, including airfare, ground transportation, lodging and meals.
  • When on-site services require air travel, each day on-site is considered a ten (10) hour billable day.
  • Data Fusion will ship books, certificates and training materials. Your firm will be billed for the cost of duplicating the books, and for shipping them to you for class
  • For preparation of Certificates and training materials, we need a list of the names of those expected to attend as soon as this is known (one week prior to class at the latest)
  • Our instructor prefers to set up the classroom the night (afternoon) before class, and will need someone available to assist
  • Training classes are subject to Data Fusion's standard on-site and travel policies. A half day of travel is charged for any single-day trips, and an additional quarter day of travel is charged for all two-day trips. Travel time is not charged for on-site trips of three or more days
  • Discounted prepaid hourly rates are available for training classes, as well as our other services. The amount of the discount depends on the number of hours you wish to prepay. Ask your Data Fusion Representative for details

Host Feedback

"The class went very well. We all appreciated the good lunches that were ordered for us (and Accounting dept. thanks you for any leftovers we gave them). It was a good group of people. Michele Jones and I really loved having everyone here. The best part was, we got the class we wanted and at no cost. What a deal!

"We like 'hosting' a training class with Data Fusion, maybe we can do it again. Thanks for all your good efforts, and we like Allen and want him to come again any time."
